Q.WHAT TIME AND DATES IS THE WATER PARK OPEN?

A. The Water Park is open 7 days a week from 11am to 6pm June 28/13 through September 3/13 Pre season from mid May to June 28 the Water Park hours of operation are weekends only from 11am to 6pm

Q. WHAT IS THE COST TO USE THE WATER PARK?

A. The admission cost to the water park is $28.58 per person plus GST. Twilight Rate: 4pm to 6pm: $20.00 per person plus GST.

Q.DO YOU HAVE GROUP RATES?

To qualify for a group rate, you must be able to meet the following requirements:

  • Your group must consist of 15 or more persons.
  • You must book a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
  • There must be one payment for the entire group.
  • The whole group must enter together at one time.
  • A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking.

Q. DO YOU HAVE AN OBSERVER'S RATE ON THE PARK?

A. No, anyone who accesses the water park must pay the regular admission rates.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A HALF-DAY RATE?

A. No, we do not have a half-day rate. However, we have a twilight rate for the last two hours of the day.

Q. CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE PARK?

A. Yes, we have a hand stamp re-entry policy and as long as you obtain a hand stamp upon exiting the park you will be allowed re-entry when you return.

Q. CAN WE DROP OFF OUR KIDS BY THEMSELVES?

A. If your children are responsible they can be dropped off and left at the park providing they are 10 years of age or older, have the ability to take care of themselves and able to contact you after their day at the park.

Q. DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?

A. We have a limited amount lockers available at our marina, so please make arrangements for your personal items to be stored in your hotel rooms or vehicles.

Q. IS OUR WATER PARK SUPERVISED?

A. Trained water safety personnel supervise our Water Park. Children under the age of ten require adult supervision and parents should not leave their underage children unattended while out on the park.

Q. WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR THE WATER PARK?

A. Ages 10 and up without Adult supervision. Children ages 6 to 10 require adult supervision or someone older to assist them. Parents should not leave their children unattended while out on the park.

Q. HOW DO WE GET TO THE WATER PARK?

A. We provide shuttles to and from the water park every half hour.

Q. IS THE HARRISON LAKE COLD?

A. The lake starts to warm up July through August. Wet suits rentals are available for the day at $5.00 per suit.

Guidelines, Safety Rules and Sliding Tips:

Although we make every effort to ensure your safety, we do not assume responsibility for your safety or loss of personal equipment. In a sport of this nature an element of risk is inherent and beyond human control, and one must always be aware or the risk of drowning or injury in all activities that Harrison Water Sports provides.

There are inherent risks on the water park as far as slipping, falling, hitting bottom, anchors or chains (ex. drowning and collisions) - all patrons who use our park facilities use at their own risk and must sign a Release of Liability.

In the event of lightning or windstorms, the entire water park will shut down and require patrons to remain off the water until it is safe to return.

Itís mandatory for all users of the water park to wear their life jackets on the water park at all times. Harrison Water Sports includes all coast guard approved life jackets.

To go on the slides get wet first, lie down on your back. All body slides must be ridden feet first, either by sitting or lying down. No Jumping off the tall structures of the Water Park.

Before using the Blob check with the Life Guard at that station for instructions and guidance on the proper use.

Before using any inflatable water park structure please follow the safety rules attached to that piece of equipment.

Policies

Harrison Water Sports Inc. reserves the right to photograph, film, video tape, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the park and use the images and/or voice on any promotional channels, be it electronic, print/digital or via the internet, without obtaining prior consent.

Management reserves the right to refuse admittance and service to anyone. Management and staff will enforce the rules and park policies where they see fit. Anyone who does not follow park rules or the park policy is in breach of conduct and may be asked to leave the Water Park.

No intolerable or offensive language or behavior will be permitted on premises.

Harrison Water Sports Inc. has a no refund policy. We will not refund admissions under any circumstances.
